Relationships
The most important part of any local church, and life in general for that matter, is relationships! What kinds of relationships? Real relationships that encourage us to grow spiritually and know God intimately. Besides loving God Himself, Jesus’ first commandment was to love each other. Our Friends Groups are all about relationships and learning to love people and serve them as Jesus did. Belonging to a group of like-minded people who genuinely love and care for each other, enables those who are new to The King’s Chapel to get connected and find belonging— especially those who feel isolated or live away from family and friends.
Everyone at The King’s Chapel is encouraged to be an active part of a group – from new attenders to long-time members. You are welcome and wanted at any of our Friends Groups!

- Making disciples

Why Friends Groups?
Acts 2:46-47
Continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved. NKJ

Why do I need to be in a Friends Group?
It is part of the vision of our church. We all need a pastor to care for us and teach us to use our God-given gifts.
